Return Policy

Products purchased through

  • Products purchased within 30-day window only
  • Return form must be submitted.
  • Return number must be issued from our Support team. Please call, 1-205-390-2267. The Code Blue support team is available Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CT.
  • A restocking fee may be charged with any return.
  • Purchaser is responsible for paying the cost and/or freight of shipping goods back to the manufacturer

Before returning your product, please contact one of our service technicians and explain the problem you are encountering with your product. The technician will help determine next steps based on your individual case.

If it is determined that your product should be shipped to Code Blue for further evaluation, you will be asked to ship to the following address:

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

The following must be included with your return/replacement package:

  • Proof of Purchase
  • Full Name
  • Address (NON-PO Box)   
  • Telephone Number
  • Email Address
  • Summary of Issue

It is recommended that you ship your package in a traceable manner. If we do not have a record of receiving your product, you will be asked to provide tracking details. Code Blue will not be responsible for any products that we do not have a record of receiving.

Acceptable proof of purchase must be from an authorized dealer and contain the following three elements:

  • The name of the retailer or store where it was purchased
  • The date of the purchase
  • The name of the product that was purchased

In most cases, this will be a cash register receipt. If the item was purchased on the internet or mail order catalog, you should have a copy of an order confirmation or a shipping document such as a packing slip that would contain the required information. A credit card statement is NOT an acceptable form of proof of purchase. If you are unable to locate your proof of purchase, we suggest that you contact the store where it was purchased and request a copy of your receipt. In most cases, a retailer can re-issue a receipt if you paid with a credit or debit card.
