Return Policy

Pre-approved RA# required on all returns. No collect shipments will be accepted. A 15% restocking charge will apply to all non-defective goods which are returned to Code Blue Scents. All returned non-defective items must be in re-sellable condition. Code Blue Scents reserves the right to issue credit for return merchandise which is not deemed to be re-sellable. Merchandise in this category will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
